Harry McCoy's "Pepper" Raises Deeper Questions

Picture Park director Harry McCoy's short film "Pepper" has invited accolades along the film festival circuit since it began circulating earlier this year.  More recently, though, it has prompted bloggers like advertising innovator Susan Fitzgereld and Saatchi & Saatchi regional planning directors, to ponder the film's deeper implications.
